"Response Time for Podcast Hosting Needs Improvement"
Had a bit of a wait regarding the podcast distribution problem. If I don’t get a reply soon, I might need to look for a new host.

Fortunately, I got a response before my deadline, and after a couple of clarifications and a message from the support supervisor, everything's sorted out. Feeling good now after getting clarity on the issues that had me puzzled at first.

"Missed Chance"
I really valued the input.

However, it feels like a missed chance for you guys, since the feature I was looking for (dynamic pre/post roll) is readily available and way more affordable and clear about pricing with your rival Buzzsprout. It gives me the vibe that Libsyn isn’t really focused on innovation.
The things I’m after—value, clear pricing, and user-friendliness—make it an easy decision for me to switch to Buzzsprout.

"Consistently Outstanding from Day One"
Since around 2006 or 2007, I've used Libsyn at five different points in my career. No matter where I land in the communications field, I always end up launching a podcast with them. I don’t even think about checking out other options because their service is just that reliable, their customer support is top-notch (even though I rarely need it), and they’re always coming up with new ideas.

Libsyn is truly top-notch for hosting podcasts! When it comes to analytics and support, you won’t discover a better option out there! I’m such a fan that I even named my dog Libsyn! I’ve been a customer for five years and have never faced any issues. With plans kicking off at just five bucks, you really can’t miss (though I’d suggest opting for a higher tier for some awesome stats).

Overall, I've enjoyed many aspects of the platform, and the guidance for sharing on various streaming services is quite useful. However, the auto-created webpage for the podcast looked really bad; I wouldn't want to direct anyone to it. It's not a huge issue for me since I have my own site, but that's the reason I didn't rate it five stars.
